New Leaf is an employability incentive programme supporting individuals who live in Warrington and Cheshire aged between 16-65 who are currently not in employment. We are made up of 18 partnership organisations and each individual partner has their own specialist support service to help people overcome barriers to work, with an holistic approach.
We can support people with a range of services ranging from disability, mental health, education and training, job searching, retraining, substance misuse, self-employment, criminal justice sector and money advice. The programme runs for approximately 6 months per person, however that camn be extended when required, participants are assigned their own personal professional mentor and if more support is required i.e. mental health support, mentors will complete referrals to those partner organisations to offer additional support, providing a wraparound service.

We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis.
