This is aimed at mobilising those who are able to get out and about but who are unable to access regular, timetabled public transport options. This might be a very important service for those recently discharged from hospital, living in rural areas, who would like to be independent.
This new travel service takes you where you want to go, when you want to go…
…to the shops, to meet friends, to health appointments and more, with other people going in your direction. Virtual bus stops will allow you to be picked up from close to home. It might also enable friends to visit you.
Please click on the image above to jump to ALL the information you need on how it works and a list of frequently asked questions. Essentially go-too is a transport-on-demand bus service operating within the boundary of the map shown below. You can travel anywhere within the dark green zone, or between the dark green zone and Nantwich in either direction. So, the only journey not permitted would be one solely contained within the light green zone of Nantwich (as regular bus services apply here).
