Creating Dementia Friendly Nantwich Thursday Club

Our Volunteer led Thursday Club is a safe place for people with Dementia and their Carers to meet up with other people going through their dementia journey. We always have interactive activities planned and plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits!
THIS WEEK : INAUGURAL MEETING OF THE THURSDAY CLUB COMMUNITY GROUP, PLUS CRHRISTMAS COFFEE MORNING, RAFFLE AND BINGO!!
