Cheshire Chat – “Imagining The Future” : Mental Health to Improve the lives of everyone
In the week of World Mental Health Day, join us for the next Cheshire Chat where we’ll be discussing mental health and wellbeing.
We will be joined by a panel of representatives from local mental health trust Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP).
CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health (for example health visitors and district nurses) and all-age disability care – including three GP surgeries.
CWP is working on a new plan called ‘Imagining the Future’ aiming to work in partnership with local people and organisations – and would like to hear your views. More information is available via the summary document below.
