A free and confidential service for people who want to make changes.

 

We help people make informed choices about their alcohol and drug use, and to raise awareness of all the risks involved. This includes providing high quality and responsive support and assistance to parents and carers, schools, colleges, statutory services and other young person’s services and youth and community groups, enabling effective community treatment planning that reflects an inclusive approach to care co-ordination.

We can also give harm reduction advice, blood-borne virus testing and access to free naloxone, a drug that can reverse the effects of an opioid overdose.

Our staff will be based in Crewe and Macclesfield, but the majority of our services will be delivered within the community at locations that are convenient and accessible for young people, including schools, youth/community setting and home visits. We will also be able to provide support to young people in the evenings and on weekends where needed.
