One You Cheshire East is part of a national health initiative supported by Cheshire East Council, along with Peaks & Plains Housing Trust. Together, we’re committed to helping make it as easy as possible for local people to live better, healthier and longer. They provide services such as smoking cessation, falls prevention, alcohol reduction, healthy eating, exercise, weight loss and family health.

Alternative Solutions is a Social Prescription support service at your GP Practice for people aged 18+ who might have health and wellbeing concerns as a consequence of non-medical issues. You might want to come and speak to us about anything that matters to you, for example:

ADCA provides welfare support to vulnerable and socially isolated adults and older people and their carers within Audlem and District, promoting social inclusion, community participation and independence.
We are based in the Audlem Public Hall Annexe.
