Shirley is a Dance Movement Psychotherapist with a Masters Degree from Canterbury Christchurch.
Shirley Brocklehurst is a qualified Tai Chi and Medical Qi Gong instructor. She is a member of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain and holds qualifications with the Tai Chi for Health Institute and the International Tai Chi Alliance.
Shirley is also qualified Postural Stability Instructor (falls prevention/OTAGO/FAME) and an accredited teacher with the Keep Fit Association.
Age UK is funding a limited number of free places in the online sessions that she runs for adults over 50 living in Cheshire. These are on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am.
