The Contact Hub, from the Children and Young people’s Services is available to parents, carers, young people and families in our Care Community

The Contact Hub is the first point of contact for both service users and health professionals and offers telephone advice, peer and service support, referral management and more.

The specialist team will be on hand Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 4.30pm. Accessing the Contact Hub is easy by telephone on 0300 123 4058 or by email: wchc.cehub@nhs.net

Our Nantwich Group is on a Monday 10am – 12noon and is held at Nantwich and Rural Children’s Centre, Dog Lane, CW5 5GX. Families are welcome to drop into this service or they can contact us prior to attending on hello@smilegroup.org.uk

If people are attending any of our services then they can access our talk therapy service, which is 6-8 sessions either in person, online or on the phone.

The FIS has an online hub offering impartial information, advice and guidance for families with children and young people aged 0-25. This is a gateway to lots of potential sources of help.

Our service provides confidentiality on subjects including help with child care, the local offer for SEN and disability, money matters, youth support and lots more.

You can phone, email, online chat or fill in an electronic form, whichever you prefer.

Participants will be identified primarily through the Family Information Services (see above) and Children’s Centre teams.

Eligibility criteria :

Parents of young children who take up the free childcare entitlement, and parents of young children who have not yet engaged with those services in Cheshire and Warrington.

Provides support to:

• People with an autistic spectrum disorder
• Carers
• People at risk of domestic abuse
• Drug and/or alcohol misuse
• People with SEN/learning disabilities
• People with mental health difficulties
• Teenage Parents
• Minority Groups
