Our Nantwich Group is on a Monday 10am – 12noon and is held at Nantwich and Rural Children’s Centre, Dog Lane, CW5 5GX. Families are welcome to drop into this service or they can contact us prior to attending on hello@smilegroup.org.uk
If people are attending any of our services then they can access our talk therapy service, which is 6-8 sessions either in person, online or on the phone.

It can also help you adapt to your changing weight and shape during pregnancy and cope with being in labour.
Our free service starts with a personal assessment where we will make a health plan for you.
You will then have access to three important areas of support:
1. Staying active- we can offer you 12 weeks of free one-to-one support to learn simple, safe and suitable ways to keep moving and stay active.
2. Quitting smoking- you will get lots of help and support from your health coach who will tell you about nicotine replacement products and other stop smoking aids.
3. Managing your weight- if you have given birth in the last 12 months you can join our free weight management course designed to help you maintain your weight in a safe and sustainable way.

You qualify for Healthy Start if you’re at least 10 weeks pregnant or have a child under four years old and you or your family get:
You also qualify if you are under 18 and pregnant, even if you don’t get any of the above benefits.
