South Cheshire Methodist Circuit

£2 for under 16’s and concessionary pass holders…..have 5 journeys and the 6th is FREE!!

A fantastic alternative to conventional buses, aimed at mobilising those who are able to get out and about but who are unable to access regular, timetabled public transport options.

This new travel service takes you where you want to go, when you want to go…
…to the shops, to meet friends, to health appointments and more, with other people going in your direction. Virtual bus stops will allow you to be picked up from close to home. It might also enable friends to visit you.

Essentially go-too is a transport-on-demand bus service operating within the boundary of the map shown below. You can travel anywhere within the dark green zone, or between the dark green zone and Nantwich in either direction. So, the only journey not permitted would be one solely contained within the light green zone of Nantwich (as regular bus services apply here).

Tea At The Tower is a great way to make new friends, it’s on every Sunday 2:20 – 4:30.

The monthly Acton Walk meets at the Church at 12:45, (please check first on number below).

‘Guided Circular Walks’ are available (1-2 hour walks across our beautiful Cheshire countryside). These walks have become very popular – and our walkers enjoy returning for tea and cakes afterwards!

The Audlem Lass will soon be back on the water for weekends in Summer 2024 🙂

Our timetabled Boat Service shuttles between Overwater Marina and Lock 15 (where you can get off and stroll into Audlem :))…..

The Audlem Lass is also available for charter trips on Mondays – Fridays.

Since its inception the Audlem Lass has carried more than 4000 passengers raising money for the RNLI.

St Mary’s church hall is a safe place where people are invited to listen and support each other and share helpful local information.

ADCA provides welfare support to vulnerable and socially isolated adults and older people and their carers within Audlem and District, promoting social inclusion, community participation and independence.

We are based in the Audlem Public Hall Annexe and we are open on Wednesdays and Fridays 09:00 – Noon.

A Social Prescription support service is available at your GP Practice for people aged 18+ who might have health and wellbeing concerns as a consequence of non-medical issues. You might want to come and speak to us about anything that matters to you, for example:

• Lifestyle factors – exercise, stopping smoking
• Social factors – isolation, loneliness, anxiety after Covid
• Personal factors – bereavement
• Money factors – losing your job or finding out your entitlements as a carer
• Community factors – wanting to engage more with your community

The Nantwich Buddies is a volunteer group set up by RedShift Radio originally to support the “Response” and “Recovery” phase of Covid-19.

Now we are well established and we are supporting residents in many different ways.
